UStream approached us to work with them on two major challenges: to transition the existing product pipeline from waterfall development into agile, and to help them redesign their product experience to match their growing audience of 10 million monthly viewers.

During the span of three months, we worked with the executive team to redefine the existing production pipeline, and with the product management and engineering teams to deliver quick iterations on the upcoming features, and reached a release cycle of two weeks where several features were delivered, including a redesigned homepage, social networking, show scheduling and broadcaster’s console.
